We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where:

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and process a full refund within 5 business days.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. There are no hidden charges. The total cost of your order, including any applicable shipping fees, will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.


6. Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia only. Delivery timeframes and costs are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or natural events.
